Bhuratapur Bird Park

In a funny little town that surrounds some wetlands, is a bird sanctuary. It used to be a shooting lodge for the British in the 19th/20th century and is now a reserve and attracts migrating birds from around the world. We spent over 3 hours wandering the park tracks spotting birds and even some jackalls. It was wonderful to have space, no hawkers or beggars and plenty of exercise in the fresh air. We got some great pics :) and had a lovely meal in a locals restaurant (these are so much better than the 'tourist' ones...
Pics to come... running for train...
